Go to the PTA Store, select your pledge amount, and add it to your cart. *You may also use the Donate button to give a custom amount.
Fill out the form that pops up. Here you are able to decide whether or not to join the PTA. If you choose to join, remember to put in your member name!
Add Emergency Fund and Technology fund donations to your cart. You might also consider sponsoring a teacher.

What your pledge pays for!
Oak Creek PTA is committed to funding programs that support excellence in education for all of our students. These programs are either underfunded or not provided by the school district and the state. The list on this page shows the many ways that our PTA enhances the education of all Oak Creek students - programs that are only made possible by your support.
The PTA will only have TWO major fundraising events this year - the Fall Pledge Drive and the Spring Jog-a-Thon. A donation of $125 per student is recommended to allow our students to continue to benefit from the programs listed below. This is a voluntary pledge an all donations, whether large or small, are gratefully appreciated - every dollar counts. We also have separate technology and emergency preparedness funds that need your support.
In addition, we want you to join the PTA. Your $15 membership payment to the PTA helps you + Support your Child's Education + Stay Connected + Meet other Parents + Discover Great Resources + Speak Up for your Child + Improve our School + Be a Role Model + Enjoy Substantial Benefits (Like discounts at local businesses).
Donations can be made by cash or check via the pledge envelope that will be sent home with your child on September 5th. You may also make the contribution online following the steps above.
PTA donations are eligible for your company’s matching gift program. It’s easy to double your donation and earn extra money for Oak Creek Elementary.
