The Oak Creek 16th Annual Jog-A-Thon!

The 16th Annual Oak Creek Jog-A-Thon is fast approaching!  This is our 2nd biggest fundraiser of the year and we are grateful to have the support of our Oak Creek families!

On Friday, February 23rd all students will run, jog, or walk for 30 minutes around a track set up on the school field.  K-3rd grades will begin at 8:45am and 4-6th grades will begin at 9:45am.

The deadline for turning in your pledges is Thursday, February 15th!  You can either turn your pledge amounts in via check or by submitting your donation On-Line.  We are suggesting that each student raise and donate at least $75 to meet our fundraising goal BUT we welcome any donation big or small.

The class collecting the most per student donations will have the honor of keeping the engraved class trophy in their classroom for the remainder of the year, along with a pizza party. In addition, the classes with the highest participation (upper and lower) will win a pizza party.

If you are interested in one of the above elected positions for the 2018-2019 school year, please attend the election meeting where further nominations may be made from the floor.

The election* will be held at the General Association PTA meeting on Tuesday, March 20st at 8:20 a.m. in the MPR

*PTA members who have been a member at least 30 days are welcome to vote in the election. Email membership@oakcreekpta.org with questions re: membership.

Oak Creek Talent Show – 2018

We would love to help you share your special talents with your friends, family, and staff!

* Adult volunteering required for each child participant.
* There will be 4 preview/rehearsal days.
* Group Acts, singing, dancing, magic, gymnastics, comedy, cultural performances, instruments, etc are encouraged!
* Information packets will go home the beginning of January.
