Your membership is key to the success of the PTA at Oak Creek!
The primary goal of the Oak Creek PTA is to make a positive contribution towards the education and quality of life for the children in our community.
We invite you to join and actively participate in the Oak Creek PTA. There is no better way to be involved with what's happening!
If you're interested in joining the Oak Creek PTA, click here to download the Oak Creek Pledge Drive Payment Summary Form. Item #3 (Optional Items) on the form includes PTA Membership. Simply print and submit this form with your membership dues to sign up. The form may be submitted to your child's teacher or by dropping it in the PTA Lock Box inside the school's front office.
Membership is just $10 per person. This fee is disbursed to support our PTA as well as the district and the state PTAs. Your support through membership, and the money generated by PTA fundraisers, allows Oak Creek PTA to administer many key PTA Provided Programs that directly benefit our children at Oak Creek Elementary.
Why Join PTA?
