By registering your Ralphs Rewards Card with Oak Creek PTA as your beneficiary, our PTA gets FREE FUNDS from Ralphs Community Contribution Program. This is an easy way to give back to our school and PTA without going out of your way! Register your Ralphs Rewards Card by following the step by step directions below.

** CARDS MUST BE RE-REGISTERED EACH SCHOOL YEAR! **
  1. Click here to log onto www.ralphs.com
  2. Click on "Sign In/Register"
  3. Click on "Sign up today!" in the 'New Customer?' box
  4. Add your zip code for the local store and click "find", select desired store
  5. Add your email information, agree to terms and click "confirm"
  6. You will get a message to check your email inbox. Click on the link within the body of the email
  7. Click on "My Account" and use your email address and password to proceed
  8. Click on "Edit Community Contribution Information"
  9. Enter your Ralphs Rewards Card number and save changes
  10. Enter our organization number (91610), select "Oak Creek PTA" from the list, save and you're done!
