Every time you shop for your school supplies at Office Depot, in-store, online or when calling 1-800-GO-DEPOT, remember to give our school ID# 70121795 (click here to download and print an Office Depot School ID Card). As part of Office Depot's 5% Back to Schools Program, our school will earn credits to 5% of your qualifying school supply purchases to use for FREE supplies. Ralphs Community Contribution Program means you can link your Ralphs Rewards Card to Oak Creek PTA and our PTA will get a cash rebate on pre-tax sales. It's very easy to participate in this program by following these step by step directions:

  1. Click here to log onto www.ralphs.com
  2. Click on "Sign In/Register"
  3. Click on "Sign up today!" in the 'New Customer?' box
  4. Add your zip code for the local store and click "find", select desired store
  5. Add your email information, agree to terms and click "confirm"
  6. You will get a message to check your email inbox. Click on the link within the body of the email
  7. Click on "My Account" and use your email address and password to proceed
  8. Click on "Edit Community Contribution Information"
  9. Enter your Ralphs Rewards Card number and save changes
  10. Enter our organization # 91610, select "Oak Creek PTA" from list, save and you're done!
